About the Exam

Foundation Exam

The features of the Change Management Foundation exam are:

  • Multiple choice
  • 50 questions per paper
  • 25 marks required to pass - 50%
  • 40 minutes duration
  • Closed book

Practitioner Exam

The features of the Change Management Practitioner exam are:

  • Objective testing based on a case study scenario
  • 5 sections of 16 marks each
  • 40 marks required to pass - 50%
  • 2.5 hours duration
  • Open book (The Change Management Study Guide only)

Practitioner

The Change Management Practitioner certification validates your ability to understand and apply Change Management principles to various scenarios and qualifies you as a registered practitioner.

 

Foundation

Change Management Foundation is the first of two Change Management certifications required to become a Change Management Practitioner. You can complete Change Management Foundation to learn the basic terminology and as a comprehensive introduction to being an influential member of a change initiative team.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for the Foundation component. However, you must hold the Foundation certification to attend the Practitioner course and sit the Practitioner exam.
