The combined Project, Planning and Controls Foundation and Practitioner course is a comprehensive course for professionals who specialise in planning and scheduling of projects. The APMG International Project Planning and Control Foundation and Practitioner course is based on the APM Publication Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Control: The Practical Project Management of Time, Cost and Risk, which is the course handbook.

This course with give guidance for practicing planning and controls professionals to gain understanding of best practice, and how to apply it.

Foundation:

  •  Multiple Choice
  •  50 questions per paper
  •  25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) – 50%
  •  40 minutes duration
  •  Closed-book

Practitioner:

  •  Complex multi choice paper
  •  Eight questions with 10 marks for each question
  •  40 marks required to pass (out of 80 available) – 50%
  •  3 hour 20 minutes duration
  •  Open-book (Project Planning & Control handbook only)
